- Assist the team leader in supervising daily production and technician assignments
- Monitor machine performance and support mold setup, changeover, and troubleshooting
- Ensure proper execution of startup, shutdown, and operation procedures
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for any production-related concerns
- Support in training and guiding new and existing technicians
- Report daily production status, downtime, and any issues encountered
