- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in production environments.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
- Implement and maintain safety training programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving workplace safety.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in safety management or a related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various production environments
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in safety management software and reporting tools
