Position: Manufacturing Safety Supervisor

Work Location: Pangasinan (Binalonan)

Work Schedule: Dayshift

Salary: Php 26,000 – Php 30,000

Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in Health & Safety
• OSH certification/license and trained in First Aid/Basic Life Support
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 31000, and OHSAS 18001 standards
• Willing to work onsite in Binalonan, Pangasinan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Conduct assessments to identify and mitigate critical safety hazards
• Manage documentation and support regulatory visits (DOLE, BFP, PEZA)
• Provide training on safety standards and promote a proactive safety culture
• Maintain records of hazards, inspections, and corrective actions
