• Is responsible for ensuring the timely and full delivery of raw and packaging materials to support continuous production operations.
• This role oversees material planning, inventory accuracy, and supplier coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• It ensures materials are issued according to FIFO/FEFO principles, monitors stock levels, tracks supplier lead times, and manages inventory variance through regular physical counts and system reconciliation.
• Guides team development through hands-on leadership, performance evaluations, and training, while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Responsible for the management of all inventories including raw materials, work in progress, component, and finished goods in the production area by ensuring the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and reviewing inventory and usage accuracy if against agreed target levels.

Job Specifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, and other related courses.

Experience:

At least 2 years of proven experience in the related field of work, preferably in Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Production.

Technical Skills:

• ERP/MRP system proficiency such as: SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO, FEFO, safety stock, and BOM reconciliation.
• Knowledgeable in forecasting, usage analysis, and supply chain coordination.
• Able to conduct inventory counts and reconcile variances accurately.
