- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and optimize processes.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
- Communicate with manufacturing teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure efficiency.
- Monitor and report on production performance against key metrics.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to adapt to changes in production demands and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional visits to manufacturing floor
