Production Planning and Control Scheduler

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Planning: Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and material availability.
• Inventory & Material Management: Monitor raw materials and inventory levels, coordinating with procurement to ensure timely supply.
• Resource Allocation: Determine necessary labor, equipment, and manufacturing resources to maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to resolve delays, minimize bottlenecks, and maintain quality standards.
• Reporting: Generate production status, performance, and inventory reports for management. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing environments.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze demand, capacity, and inventory data.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments
