Description

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate the production of the company’s products
  • Evaluate raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production
  • Schedule shifts and workers to provide proper coverage
  • Watch costs to ensure the production process stays within budget
  • Report on the production status and any production issues to upper management
  • Handle production disruptions and productivity problems
  • Find ways to improve productivity and reduce costs
  • Use market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, or any business-related courses
  • 3+ years of work experience in Fleet Management
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and QC
  • Technical skills using material requirements planning and scheduling software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees
  • Commitment to safety and compliance
  • Willingness to work in Bagbaguin, Valenzuela City from Mondays-Saturdays
