KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and purchase fabrics, trims, accessories, and other garment materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and material availability.
• Ensure all purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, inventory levels, and supplier databases.
• Track deliveries and follow up to ensurematerials arrive on time
• Negotiate cost-efficient deals and maintain good supplier relationships.
• Support production by ensuring timely procurement of all needed materials.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or equivalent.
• Must have strong negotiation skills.
• Meticulous attention to details and can work in a fast-paced demanding environment.    
• Excellent skills in purchasing and sourcing.
• Must be computer literate.
• A 4-year college degree is preferred or a 2-year college undergraduate with equivalent work experience.
