Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring product quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• With experience
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
• Can work as part of a team and follow instructions
