JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors of all field parameters.
• Checking and monitoring of all process equipment performance, especially all rotating equipment.
• Observes any changes in the operation.
• Monitors rotameter flow and adjust accordingly.
• Monitors boiler and water softener operation, manual blowdown every hour, refill industrial salt, and boiler mate.
• Monitors cooling tower operation manually replenish water in basin if needed, monitor consumption and refill chemicals as needed.
• Monitors instrument air compressor check pressure and drain water in pressured vessel
• Monitors water tank level and refill if needed.
• Lines up valves in tank farm area either in raw material or finish product storage tanks.
• Inputs all parameter reading in excel file/ MS word
