Ceramics Operator

Location: KFI Philippines, EPZA Rosario, Cavite

We are looking for hardworking and physically fit Ceramics Operators to join our team at KFI Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production, handling, and movement of ceramic materials while ensuring quality standards and workplace safety are maintained. Applicants with construction-related experience are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and assist in ceramic production processes as assigned.
• Handle, transport, and organize ceramic materials and products within the production area.
• Perform loading and unloading of materials and finished products.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in basic machine operation and production support tasks.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• With experience in construction work or related manual labor jobs.
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks.
• Willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to render overtime when required.
• Must have complete employment requirements.
• Can start ASAP.
