Production Operator

Description
- Conduct machine set-up, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance services.
- Operate production machinery according to SOPs, ensuring high quality output.
- Assist in the manufacturing of high-precision tools and equipment at Nagatsu Seisakusho Philippines, Inc., a leader in the Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services industry.
- Maintain clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; education not required.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position with less than one year of experience needed.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess a strong work ethic, basic inventory management skills, and the ability to plan and organize work efficiently.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate production machinery, ensure quality of goods produced, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety regulations. May also be responsible for inventory tracking and material handling.
- Working Conditions: This role requires standing for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and the possibility of shifts including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Ideal candidates are reliable, attentive to detail, able to follow instructions precisely, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
