Job Requirements

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, also open for Non-Engineer (High School Graduate)
• Work experience as a QC Engineer in a manufacturing company
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Willing to start immediately

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with standards
• Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and outputs
• Analyze quality data and recommend improvements to reduce defects and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain documentation in accordance with ISO standards
• Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures
