Job Summary

The Production Manager oversees the manufacturing process to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production activities while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to meet output and quality goals

-Develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products

-Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives

-Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

-Manage production budgets, costs, and resource utilization

-Supervise, train, and motivate production staff and supervisors

-Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams

-Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies

-Ensure proper maintenance and optimal use of machinery and equipment

-Prepare production reports and present performance updates to management
