- Tumutulong sa production upang malaman ang ikot at sistema nito, pati na rin ang mga makinang ginagamit dito
- Nagmomonitor ng mga gawa ng tao at acting leader sa kada department, kasabay nito ang pagmomonitor sa mga makina
- Knowledge of basic compound design
- Knowledge in compression, injection and transfer molding
- Drive new process improvements and rejection control
- Analysis and reduction of tire defects
- Tire testing knowledge and troubleshooting of process problems
- Production improvement through time and motion study
- Effectively support 5S, ISO and Kaizen activities and coordinate with other departments
- Knowledge in engineering plastic such as automobile, electrical and medical components
- Knowledge in raw materials handling, inspections and quality control of raw materials
- Aware of all types of raw materials and testing
- Supervise follow-up and execution of development-related activities in process / product development
- Identify areas of improvement in process simplification and product improvement
- Implement work instructions and coordinate with production to improve and facilitate process-related problems
- Troubleshoot technical issues at the units and ensure immediate escalation
- Analysis and reduction in defects and tire scrap
