WHAT YOU WILL DO*
- *Plant-Wide Direction*: Assist Operations Manager in leading, planning, and managing the entire production spectrum
- *Operational Excellence*: Ensure products are made on time with peak quality and strict food safety standards
- *Cost & Waste Control*: Optimize plant performance to deliver products at the best manufacturing cost
- *End-to-End Leadership*: Direct and mentor teams across manufacturing, dispatch, and distribution
*WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- *Experience*: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/production operations
- *Managerial Background*: 2-3 years in supervisory or managerial role
- *Industry Edge*: Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or high-volume production highly preferred
- *Traits*: Strong in strategic layout planning, numbers-driven, and experienced managing multi-shift factory personnel
- *Location*: Pasig City | *Schedule*: 6 days/week, flexible for shifting/holiday operations
