PRODUCTION MANAGER

• Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of ₱50,000 – ₱60,000 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plant-Wide Direction: Assisting the Operations Manager in leading, planning, and managing the overall directions of the entire production spectrum.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all goods are produced at the right time, meeting peak quality benchmarks and strict food safety metrics.
• Cost & Waste Control: Optimize plant performance to deliver products at the best possible manufacturing cost.
• End-to-End Leadership: Direct and mentor a multi-tiered team across the manufacturing floor, dispatch bays, and logistical distribution points.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Core Experience: Minimum of 5 years of robust experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Managerial Weight: At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Preferred Industry Edge: Strong background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar high-volume production environments is highly preferred.
• Traits: Exceptional strategic layout planning, highly numbers-driven, and a resilient manager of multi-shift factory personnel.



WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS

• Location: Pasig City (On-site / Plant-based)
• Schedule: 6 days a week | Must be flexible to manage shifting schedules and holiday operations to oversee continuous plant workflows.
