The Production Manager will oversee all daily manufacturing activities within our 2,000 SQM multi-line facility. You will be responsible for scaling output, managing shift supervisors, meeting aggressive production targets, and maintaining strict food safety compliance. This role demands a strong leader who can translate strategic goals into organized, high-yield plant floor execution.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven production leadership experience, specifically within a food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of food processing machinery, automated packing lines, mass formulation scaling, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Leadership & Skills: Exceptional people management capabilities, decisive problem-solving skills, and a high level of accountability.
• Work Logistics: Must be willing to lead teams across shifting schedules and work permanently on-site at our facility in Santolan, Pasig City.
