Setcheck is looking for a Production Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale builds, exhibitions, and event projects. You’ll manage everything from fabrication and technical planning to on-site delivery—ensuring top-notch quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of production and fabrication for large-scale events and projects
• Oversee layout design, scheduling, and supervision of fabrication teams, suppliers, and contractors
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality project outcomes within budget and timelines
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Manage supplier relationships, including proposal evaluations, contract negotiations, and performance oversight

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production or project management, preferably in events, fabrication, or exhibitions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party contractors
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field
• Willingness to travel and be present on-site during project installations, live days, and inspections
