QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/BS Food Tech
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Word
- Very keen to details, flexible, and can work under pressure
- With experience in the Food Manufacturing industry and a deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000
- With ISO and Quality Management System Background is advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide timely and accurate production output and reports
- Participate in the improvement of sectional capacity and productivity
- Conduct pre and post-operational checking of the whole section based on the Daily activities
- Monitor Sanitation Checklist as compliance with GMP’s
- Ensure to comply with Quality Assurance (internal and corporate) Policies and other
- Update immediate superior on the status, and opportunity encountered concerning quality, delivery, and productivity
- Supervise and monitor production personnel to ensure that they comply with production SOP's
- Verify daily monitoring of the areas
