Job Summary:
- The Production Manager – UHT/Aseptic Operations (Tetra Pak) oversees daily production activities, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality UHT and aseptic processing. The role drives production targets, compliance with food safety standards, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement while leading and developing the production team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Over 10 years of experience in UHT/asoptic or dairy/beverage production, preferably with Tetra Pak systems
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment
- Strong knowledge of UHT, aseptic processing, and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO)
- Experience in production planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement (Lean/TPM)
- Strong people management, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based production environment
