Role Description:

• Involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, managing manufacturing processes, quality control, and ensuring smooth operations management. 
• Responsibilities also include leading a team, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards to meet the company's production targets. 
• Collaborating with other departments and implementing best practices to improve systems and processes will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to efficiently manage resources and meet production targets.
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to oversee daily production and improve processes.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to effectively manage teams and production challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
• Proven track record in a manufacturing or production management role is highly desirable.
