Production Manager in Calumpit Bulacan

Reports To: Senior Production Manager

Role Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while meeting quality and delivery targets. This role drives team performance, resource optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Lead and develop production teams through coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency projects.
• Identify training and development needs to enhance team capability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any Technical course.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in extrusion and/or injection processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar manufacturing systems is preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Calumpit, Bulacan on a five-day workweek.
