Job Description
Oversee overall production activities from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with QCDSME.
Monitor KPIs and drive cross-functional teams towards achievement of section goals.
Knowledgeable in streamlining and/or lean manufacturing.
Promotes 5S and Kaizen culture, and minimizes operational losses.
Creates section annual plan and budget, strategically plans
Future expansion and profit improvement.
Graduate of any Engineering course.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Manager.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Production.
Must know Manufacturing and Engineering principles.
Possess a passion for excellence and teamwork.
With good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
