The position delegated the function to directly report to the Production Sr. Supervisor/ Sr. Leader related to the performance and status of their designated Production Line. The function is to observe production staff and processes and provide reports and feedbacks to superior while supervising, planning and directing production to produce quality products with high efficiency and productivity.

o College Graduate with minimum of 1-year work experience in industrial processes in the field of electronics manufacturing.

o Creative in achieving high productivity and good quality products

o Can handle work under pressure and multi-tasking job

o Creative in developing positive people and working environment

o Can independently perform the full range of responsibilities

o  Possesses good characteristics of a leader to serve as management operational leader.
