Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Office Administration or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing the inventory and monitoring inventory levels.
• Creating monthly forecasting reports to track production and inventory status.
• Coordinating changes of sequence in production line to enhance efficiency.
• Providing administrative support to the production team, such as managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining reports.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of production-related activities.
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings for process management team members.
