Job Purpose

Support the execution of daily live commerce operations by managing AI and host-led livestreams,ensuring production readiness, maintaining product demo inventory, and delivering seamless livestream experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate livestream equipment, software, and studio before each broadcast.
• Manage and monitor AI livestream operations, schedules, and performance.
• Assist hosts by preparing products, props, and promotional materials during livestreams.
• Prepare, organize, track, and replenish product demo inventory.
• Verify product information, pricing, vouchers, and promotional mechanics before going live.
• Monitor livestream quality and troubleshoot basic technical or operational issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and platform teams to ensure livestream readiness.
• Complete production checklists, inventory logs, and post-live reports.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the livestream studio.
