We are looking for a Production Assistant to join the growing advertising team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in supporting production for advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the production team in planning and executing advertising shoots and projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
• Prepare production documents, schedules, and materials
• Support on-set production needs (pre-production, shoot days, and post-production)
• Handle administrative and logistical tasks related to production
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in production, preferably in an advertising or creative agency
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Willing to work flexible hours when required
