Description

  • Engage and collaborate with clients and artists, ensuring clear communication, fostering strong relationships, and addressing their needs effectively to support project success.
  • Assist the production team in organizing and coordinating daily operations during filming or production.
  • Help with setting up and breaking down equipment, props, and sets.
  • Run errands as needed, such as delivering scripts, equipment, or other materials to crew members.
  • Assist with managing the production schedule, ensuring deadlines are met, and communicating updates with the team.
  • Take notes during production meetings, capturing key information and action items.
  • Help maintain the production office and ensure necessary supplies are available.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for equipment or material requirements.
  • Provide support to the talent and crew on set by addressing their needs and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Help with paperwork, including call sheets, release forms, and other production documentation.
  • Assist with post-production tasks, such as organizing footage, labeling materials, and helping the editing team with basic tasks.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues that arise during production, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the production by staying flexible and offering assistance wherever needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in film/television production and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of film and production equipment is a plus but not required.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in production is a plus.
