Order Loading Coordinator is responsible for accurately loading and managing customer orders in the system, resolving errors, and ensuring timely status updates and visibility to support efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and validate customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Resolve order loading errors and coordinate with customers and internal teams for corrections
• Monitor and manage order status, ensuring visibility and on-time release of order updates
• Maintain accuracy of order details (dates, quantities, ship-to, instructions) and handle updates or cancellations
• Track and report open and past-due orders; escalate issues impacting fulfillment
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, and project initiatives
• Provide timely customer support and feedback on order-related inquiries

Qualifications:

• College graduate preferably an engineering course
• Intermediate skills level in computer software (Oracle, DF, FP, MS Excel, Word, E-mails)
• Must have attention details and ability to anticipate Customer needs
• Good interpersonal/Customer Service skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to work in dynamic, pressured and ever changing environment
