About the Role

We are looking for a Contracting Fulfillment Support Engineer to join our team and support the successful execution of HVAC contracting projects. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Lead Engineers to coordinate project activities, logistics, equipment delivery, testing and commissioning, project documentation, billing requirements, and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Support Project Managers in the day-to-day execution of HVAC projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, site activities, and work progress.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Assist with project mobilization, site inspections, and progress monitoring.

Logistics & Equipment Delivery

• Coordinate the delivery, hauling, unloading, and positioning of HVAC equipment and materials.
• Monitor material availability and delivery schedules to prevent project delays.
• Coordinate equipment movement, crane operations, rigging activities, and site access.
• Verify that delivered equipment and materials meet project specifications.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Support testing and commissioning activities with project teams.
• Track punch list items and ensure timely completion of outstanding deliverables.
• Coordinate client inspections, acceptance testing, and project handover.
• Assist in preparing project completion and turnover documentation.

Documentation & Project Closeout

• Maintain accurate project records, reports, permits, and correspondence.
• Prepare progress reports and completion documentation.
• Assist in securing client acceptance certificates and turnover documents.
• Support billing requirements, COP, IPR, as-built documentation, and project closeout packages.
• Monitor pending documents required for project completion and invoicing.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Promote compliance with company safety policies and client requirements.
• Support implementation of quality standards throughout project execution.
• Participate in project coordination meetings, safety briefings, and site inspections.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in HVAC contracting, construction, facilities management, project coordination, or operations support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of project execution, logistics coordination, testing and commissioning, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation/report preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites as needed.
