Webzoid System Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Product Executive to join its operations team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving product vision, development, and market success. As Product Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role is central to the company's growth and competitiveness in the technology solutions sector.

Key responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product specifications.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, marketing, tech) to ensure smooth product launches and updates.
4. Ensure product compliance with regulatory and technical requirements across markets.
5. Support documentation, product roadmaps, and operational processes.
6. Act as a point of contact for product-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year full-time related industry experience
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, prototyping tools, and development tracking platforms (e.g., Jira, Notion)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to implement designs effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills.
• Team-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Adaptable and open-minded, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
