Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive demand for oncology products.
• Execute territory plans and sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare accounts.
• Ensure product listing, availability, and effective implementation of marketing activities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the assigned territory, customers, and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Oncology.
• Proven sales performance and territory management experience.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
