About the Role

We are looking for a Product Officer who will serve as the technical and commercial expert for our digital display and interactive solutions. This role bridges Sales, Technical, and Projects teams, ensuring that the right solutions are proposed, understood, and delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the product expert for LED displays, DOOH, and digital solutions
• Support the Sales team in client presentations, demos, and technical discussions
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on client requirements and site conditions
• Prepare product proposals, specifications, and solution briefs
• Coordinate with Technical and Projects teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Conduct product training for internal teams and clients when needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies
• Assist in developing product positioning and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2–4 years experience in product, technical sales, or solutions role
• Required: Experience in LED displays, DOOH, or digital solutions
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and system configurations
• Experience supporting client presentations and technical discussions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly solutions
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
