The ideal candidate will support the development and refinement of new skincare products by conducting product trials, evaluating formulation performance, and assisting in product optimization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will document and analyze test results, recommend formulation adjustments, and support product validation to ensure quality, stability, and compliance with industry standards. A strong understanding of skincare ingredients, product testing, and industry trends is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads NPI initiatives, with the Product Manager, specifically but not limited to the following:

1. Research and Concept Formulation

2. Product Testing & Validation

3. Factory Evaluation

4. Product Compliance with FDA and Trademark

• Create Product movement strategies per sales platform to help with sell-out.
• Develop and conduct training programs for the team and other departments to ensure a clear understanding of Product Knowledge
• Manages all product development and refresh projects by communicating and collaborating with other departments
• Collaborate with the brand on market research, which will guide and inform the creation of product/s to launch for specific brand/s
• Support the Brand Team with insights from product trends to meet the Marketing team’s objective

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in skincare or cosmetics product development.
• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients and formulations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills. and verbal communication skills and effective presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
