（一）岗位职责
1、核心指标负责：负责产品运营策略的制定与执行，持续优化DAU、新增、留存、充值、会员转化等核心指标。
2、内容运营：负责内容供给、分类、推荐、封面、标题等模块的策略优化，提升用户体验与内容转化效率。
3、增长与转化：通过活动运营、会员体系、用户召回等手段，提升用户价值与付费转化。
4、数据闭环：负责运营数据的分析与复盘，定位业务问题并推动方案落地与效果验证，驱动产品迭代。
5、机制建设：建立并完善内容审核、上架、巡检、复盘等运营SOP，提升团队执行效率与质量。
6、AI提效：运用AI工具与自动化能力优化数据分析、内容生产、用户运营等场景，提升运营效率。
（二）岗位要求
1、1年以上互联网运营经验，具备从0到1搭建运营体系，或推动业务流程规范化的实践经验。
2、具备较强的内容判断能力，能够分析封面、标题、分类、推荐策略对用户行为的影响。
3、能够独立完成数据分析、问题定位、方案制定、效果验证的完整运营闭环。
4、熟练使用AI工具（ChatGPT、Claude等），具备AI辅助运营与自动化提效意识。
5、结果导向，抗压能力强，具备主动推动意识，能够协调产品、技术、设计等多方资源达成目标。
