岗位职责：
1. 负责视频内容运营体系搭建，制定长期运营策略与发展规划
2. 主导视频内容选题策划与分发管理，监控热点动态，把握市场最新优质视频内容趋势
3. 分析视频运营数据，从数据中提炼优化方向，持续迭代运营方法论
4. 独立孵化运营产品，提供从 0 到 1 的成功案例支撑
5. 整合并落地项目资源，推动跨部门协作，达成业务增长目标
任职要求：
1. 5年以上中大型网站或平台运营经验，须有行业经验
2. 有视频运营相关经验，熟悉主流视频平台（优酷、爱奇艺、B站、抖音等）运营规则
3. 对视频市场保持高度敏感度，能快速识别并跟进最新热门内容动态
4. 具备独立孵化运营产品能力，有从 0 到 1 的成功案例
5. 具备可落地的项目资源，有明确资源整合方向与执行能力
6. 具备项目管理经验，能够推动多项目并行
7. 善于沟通协作，有跨团队协同经验优先
