Enterprise Operations Management Support Staff - Online Payment

Responsibilties:

Record and update loan payment transactions in the cooperative's database. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures for loan payment processing. Communicate with members regarding any issues or discrepancies with their loan payments.

Assist in the reconciliation of loan payment records with the finance team. Generate reports on loan payment transactions, outstanding balances, and delinquent accounts. Collaborate with other departments to resolve member inquiries and concerns related to loan payments. Maintain and update member information and records in the database. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in loan payment processing. Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using computer programs, including Microsoft Office and database systems
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with members and colleagues
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
