The Education Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing educational programs and partnerships in the Philippines, particularly in Mathematics education from Grade 7 to Senior High School.

The role works closely with education stakeholders, including DepEd Central, Regional and Division Offices, supervisors, school leaders, and teachers, to support meaningful and scalable implementation of education initiatives aligned with national directions and classroom needs.

The role reports to the Chief Representative, Casio Philippines Representative Office. They plan to hire until September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new education partnership opportunities with government agencies, educational institutions, professional organisations, and industry partners to drive strategies, programmes, and partnership plans that are in line with Casio's regional and global education objectives.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including headquarters teams, education partners, DepEd Central, schools, and regional headquarters to ensure alignment between program direction and ground implementation

• Involved in the planning and implementation of large-scale education programs and partnerships across the Philippines, such as trainings, competitions, model school programs, and other education initiatives as assigned

• Involved in the development and execution of nationwide and region-wide education initiatives, events, and training programs, such as Mathematics education, assessment, and technology integration for Grades 7 to Senior High School

• Monitor implementation progress, participation, and feedback from schools and stakeholders

• Create and consolidate education-related reports, presentations, implementation updates, and proposal materials

• Gather insights from the ground to support continuous refinement of programs and implementation strategies

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with education stakeholders and implementation partners

1. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Education, Mathematics, Educational Management, or a related field

2. 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in education, such as educational programme management, curriculum implementation, teachers' training, assessment initiatives

3. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial role

4. More than 2 years of experience working as a teacher in secondary or high school for science subjects (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and other science subjects)

5. Strong understanding of the Philippine education landscape, particularly for Grade 7 to Senior High School

6. Established professional network within DepEd Central Office, Regional Offices, Division Offices, schools, universities, or educational organisations will be a strong advantage.

7. Experience in coordinating or implementing large-scale education programs, training programs, or nationwide initiatives is preferred.

Interview process:

1st Interview - by Chief Representative, CSEA HOD & CSEA HR

2nd Interview - by Chief Representative, CSEA HOD, CSEA HR, CSEA MD (To be confirmed)

The interview may be conducted on-site/online or both depending on where the interviewers are located.

During the 2nd interview, candidates need to do a presentation (not more than 30min) based on a topic that we will give.

Candidates will receive the topics via Persol about 1 week in advance to make preparations.

Persol will send the PPT slides to Casio at least 1 day before the interview.
