Product Manager – Network (Ruijie, Kstar, Gaoxian)

Job Description

I. Brand Strategic Management

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Ruijie's networking solutions, Kstar's

power systems, and Gaoxian's autonomous robots.

• Act as the primary contact for vendor representatives.
• Manage price negotiations, rebate programs, and product roadmaps.
• Monitor competitors in the ICT distribution market to identify opportunities and

pricing gaps.

II. Technical & Sales Enablement

• Conduct regular technical and sales training for internal sales teams and external

channel partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE),

Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

• Experience in Product Management or Business Development within the ICT

industry.

• Proven experience working in a B2B distribution environment.
• Prior experience managing networking brands (similar to Ruijie) and power

solutions (similar to Kstar) is highly advantageous.

Work Arrangements

Work Location: Quiapo, Manila

Work Shift: Monday - Saturday (8:00am - 5: 00pm)

Work Set-up: Onsit
