Assistant Product Development Manager in Ermita Manila upto 80k

Must have related experience in Appliance industry 

The Assistant Product Development Manager supports the end-to-end product development process for the assigned product segment, working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

-Support product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.

-Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and coordinate successful product launches.

-Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify trends and product opportunities.

-Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market insights and data.

-Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.

-Support pricing discussions and product positioning to enhance market competitiveness.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

-At least five (5) years of experience in product development, product management, or a related role; appliance industry experience is an advantage.

-Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.

-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

-Customer-focused with strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

-Knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.

-Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

-Must be willing to travel
