Product Development Manager in Ermita upto 100k

Must have related experience in Appliance industry 

The Product Development Manager leads the end-to-end product development process for the assigned category, working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality products that meet customer needs and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

-Manage, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

-Analyze product performance and market trends to drive continuous improvement and inform product strategies.

-Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful product launches.

-Build and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and business partners.

-Support pricing negotiations and identify opportunities to strengthen product competitiveness.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

-At least six (6) years of experience in product development or product management, must be in the appliance industry.

-Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

-Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.

-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

-Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis.

-Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

-Must be willing to travel
