Join Gladex Travel and Tours and help create exciting travel experiences! We're looking for a creative and results-driven Product Development Manager who can develop innovative travel products and build strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance domestic and international travel products.

• Research travel trends and customer preferences.

• Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers.

• Negotiate rates and secure competitive deals.

• Oversee the product development process from planning to launch.

• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.

• Gather customer feedback and optimize travel packages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in product development, preferably in the travel industry.

• Strong knowledge of the travel industry and market trends.

• Experience in supplier management and negotiations.

• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
