Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management or supervision
• More on fieldwork tasks
• Can communicate with clients
• Technical knowledge in sintered stone or countertops, IT Products or construction materials.
• Can present and do demonstrations

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support to the sales team by recommending appropriate IT products and solutions based on client requirements
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical briefings to clients and partners
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and solution designs aligned with customer needs
• Work closely with vendors to understand product specifications, configurations, and best-use scenarios
• Translate technical features into clear business benefits for clients
• Support sales in responding to technical inquiries, RFPs, and bid submissions
• Collaborate with the sales team during client meetings to ensure accurate solution positioning
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Conduct product training and enablement sessions for internal sales teams and partners
• Assist in proof-of-concept (POC), testing, and solution validation when required
• Ensure all proposed solutions are cost-effective, technically feasible, and aligned with client requirements
• Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams for smooth project handover
• Gather client feedback and market insights to support product strategy and improvements
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors for technical support, certifications, and updates
