Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4 year degree course in Business Administration, Communications/ Communications Tech, Management or related fields.
• With at least 3 years of related experience in related fields/ industry.
• Experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods marketing is a plus.
• Preferably with purchasing background, Licensed Purchasing buyer is an advantage.
• Experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods marketing is a plus.

Job Description:

• Overall brand strategy & planning, marketing program execution, financial management, and product management.

• Brand building and development: 
Work closely with the Segment Head to build & develop the assigned brand.

• Execute Awareness-to-Conversion campaigns: 
Drive integrated campaigns that move consumers through the marketing funnel, leveraging data-driven insights & multi-channel strategies to maximize brand engagement & conversion.

• Marketing Program execution: Lead consumer funnel program execution.

• Budget Planning & Monitoring: 
Monitor & analyze metrics; and manage brand profit & loss (P&L)
