FIELD ENGINEER

Latent Lotus International Corporation is looking for a Field Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting site inspections, assisting with installations, and ensuring that project and customer requirements are properly addressed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical assessments

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting at customer/project sites

• Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and supply of products

• Prepare field service reports, inspection reports, and other technical documentation

• Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Monitor project/site activities and ensure compliance with technical requirements

• Identify technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Take measurements, photos, and other site documentation when required

• Provide technical support during product demonstrations and client presentations

• Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools and equipment

• Perform other field-related duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related course

• Preferably with experience in construction, engineering, technical services, or field operations

• Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply

• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, equipment, and basic engineering practices is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Able to prepare clear and accurate technical reports

• Willing to conduct frequent fieldwork and travel to project/client sites

• Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently

• Valid driver's license is an advantage

• Knowledge of motorcycle/car driving is preferred
