Product Design and Development (PDD) Supervisor to lead a team of UI/UX Designers, QA Testers, Business Analysts, and Data Analytics specialists. The ideal candidate will oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring high standards of usability, functionality, and performance.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
- Oversee product design from concept to launch.
- Manage project timelines and mitigate risks.
- Ensure products meet quality standards through rigorous testing.
- Use data analytics to inform design decisions and improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product design and development.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficient in UI/UX design principles, QA processes, and data analytics.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
