The Product Associate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing product expertise, assisting in client engagement, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, product managers, and technical teams. 

• Assist the sales team in presenting IT products and solutions to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products, features, and competitive advantages.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategy.
• Coordinate with product managers, marketing, and technical teams for product positioning and sales alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field with confidence, desire, and enthusiasm to pursue a career in Sales.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year proven experience in Sales or similar role is an advantage (preferably in the IT industry).
• Fresh graduate who are willing to pursue a career in Sales are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• With strong background and familiarity in IT related products and services and ability to understand complex IT solutions and services
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment.
