Job Description
The Producer role is both a management and sales position. Producers are expected to help grow the business while ensuring projects are executed smoothly from client acquisition to final delivery.
This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building, creative problem solving, and leadership on production days.
The ideal Producer understands both people and production. Someone who can confidently present Studio Kamusta and Loophaus to brands and agencies while also being hands-on in organizing shoots, managing timelines, and making sure projects move efficiently.
