Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts and pricing
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery timelines, and compliance
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and manage inventory levels
• Prepare procurement reports and support audits as required

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
